Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and Co-Owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, India and the Middle East, and founder of the firm’s European business in 2005. His leadership has helped position Panattoni as a leader in European warehouse real estate. Robert began his career in 1999 with Menard Doswell & Co., and has founded several companies since then, including Harden Construction, Blue Assets and the Newport Fund. He holds a degree from the University of Warsaw and RICS Fellow membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Richard Wellbrock joins our UK team with over two decades of experience in real estate, including 17 years spent working in the European data centre market. His portfolio spans projects in London, Paris, Frankfurt, India and Japan, a $1.5 billion joint partnership with Mitsui, and supporting the efforts to scale data center capacity from 100MW to over 1GW across Europe and Asia as Chief Commercial Officer at Colt Data Centre Services (DCS), where he led global product, commercial and development teams.

Nick Parker brings extensive experience in investment strategy and asset growth to his role as Head of Capital Deployment at Panattoni Data Centres. Based in London, he leads funding efforts for projects in Britain, Europe and Asia. Previously in global senior leadership at Colt DCS for over eight years, his experience includes business cases totaling €5 billion and transactions representing 250 MW of data centre capacity. His efforts helped secure major joint ventures in India and Japan fueling Colt’s international growth

A seasoned veteran in data center development, John Belton has over 40 years of experience in engineering and mission-critical projects. As Head of Development, Data Centres at Panattoni, he guides every stage of development from site acquisition to handoff. Previously at Colt DCS, he managed the company’s global development portfolio and led the rollout of new pipeline capable of handling 1GW+ of IT load. His leadership covers engineering, architecture, and development on an international scale.

With a career grounded in data centre infrastructure, Paul Terry has over 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of large-scale facilities worldwide. As Infrastructure Director at Panattoni Data Centres, he leads utility and technology systems for hyperscale campuses from site acquisition to handoff. Previously at Colt DCS, he oversaw all areas of development from land acquisition to managing capital and operational budgets to spearheading R&D efforts aimed at incorporating AI and cloud computing into future projects.

Robert Dobrzycki

CEO, Panattoni Europe

As CEO and Co-Owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, India and the Middle East, Robert Dobrzycki leads operations spanning seventeen European countries, India and Saudi Arabia. He founded Panattoni’s European business in Poland in 2005 and established the firm as a leader in the European warehouse real estate market over the following 20 years.


Robert’s real estate career began with American developer Menard Doswell & Co. in 1999. In the decades since, he has founded several companies, including Harden Construction, Blue Assets and Newport Fund. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Robert is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).


His industry contributions have been recognized with awards that include Prime Property Prize Person of the Decade in 2020, the Wektor award from Employers of Poland in 2023 and Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate at the CEE Quality Awards in 2024.

Robert established the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation in 2024 to support social development and promote Polish entrepreneurship globally. In March 2025, he became the majority shareholder of Widzew Łódź S.A., which competes in the Ekstraklasa, the top tier of the Polish football league.

Richard Wellbrock

Managing Director, Data Centres

Richard Wellbrock serves as Managing Director of Data Centres at Panattoni, where he leads the company’s expansion into digital infrastructure across Europe, the United Kingdom, India and the Middle East. As of July 2025, he oversees hyperscale development pipelines and partnerships with hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise clients to deliver AI-ready data center campuses.

Before joining Panattoni, Richard served as Chief Commercial Officer at Colt Data Centre Services, where he led global product, commercial and development teams in their efforts to expand capacity from 100MW to over 1GW. He was instrumental in delivering AI-ready data center campuses across Europe and Asia, and helped establish a $1.5 billion joint venture with Mitsui to finance large-scale developments.

His career also includes roles at Infinity SDC as Group Commercial Director and Global Switch, one of Europe’s largest wholesale colocation providers.



With more than 25 years of experience across real estate and data center development, Richard brings commercial insight and technical expertise to Panattoni’s growing digital infrastructure development initiatives.

Nick Parker

Head of Capital Deployment, Data Centres

As Head of Capital Deployment, Nick Parker leads Panattoni Data Centre’s efforts to secure funding for projects in Britain, Europe, and Asia. Based in London, he is also tasked with land acquisition, power infrastructure development and financing arrangements for hyperscaler and enterprise-level development projects. 

Nick joins our firm after over eight years at Colt Data Centre Services, where he oversaw capital deployment strategies valued at over €5 billion and managed hyperscale transactions representing approximately 250MW of capacity, and structured joint ventures across the company’s footprint, especially in Japan and India. Earlier in his tenure with Colt, he handled land acquisition programs and development valuations as part of their data center portfolio expansion.

His career also includes positions at CB Richard Ellis, Global Switch and British Land. Nick holds a BSc in Business Economics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.

John Belton

Head of Development, Data Centres

With more than forty years in engineering and mission-critical development, John Belton brings extensive technical expertise to his role as Head of Development, Data Centres. As part of the UK and European team, every stage of data center development, from site acquisition to handoff, is under his expert guidance.

John arrived at Panattoni after five years at Colt Technology Services, where he ran a global portfolio delivering over 1GW of IT load. Prior to that, he co-led the UK operations for Black & White Engineering, along with time at Infinity SDC, where he ran construction budgets and delivered major projects throughout Britain. 

John’s career began with the Greater London Council, where the foundation for a lifelong focus on engineering and development was laid. Since then, he has

delivered one million square feet at Barclays’ Canary Wharf headquarters, launched Hurley Palmer Flatt’s mission-critical division and helped drive critical engineering and commercial projects with Halloran & Payne, Kyle Stewart, MD and Kajima.

Paul Terry

Infrastructure Director, Data Centres

Power, connectivity and infrastructure are Paul Terry’s domain at Panattoni, where he serves as Infrastructure Director for the firm’s data centre platform, leading the design and delivery of utility and technology systems for large-scale hyperscale campuses, from site acquisition to the final mile before handoff.

Paul’s career spans more than twenty-five years, delivering networks and data centre infrastructure for global connectivity. Most recently, as Global Director of Development Infrastructure and Global Continuity Director at Colt Data Centre Services, he led major projects from design through handover and managed utility and technology programs. He spent over twenty years at Colt Technology Services before that, climbing from fibre engineering supervisor to senior leadership roles that oversaw network fulfillment and fibre deployment across Europe. His work with

the British Standards Institution helped standardize wayleave processes, reducing deployment times and speeding service delivery for projects like London’s smart city infrastructure.

His background in telecommunications and IT infrastructure provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the demands of modern data centre development. Paul combines deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership, bridging the gap between operational execution and large-scale infrastructure planning.
