The long-term success of any project depends on the health and trust of the communities in which we work. For more than 40 years, Panattoni has made community partnership a cornerstone of how we operate.
We prioritize open dialogue with local leaders, long-term investment in local infrastructure, and direct support for programs that create real opportunities. Our goal is to leave every community better than we
found it.
Panattoni is a proud supporter of TRADESTRONG, a nonprofit foundation founded by our own Partner Brent Collins and his wife, Emily. TRADESTRONG’s mission is to elevate the trades by providing scholarships, resources, and counseling to high school students pursuing careers in skilled trades.
Through events like the Capital Cup, a premier three-day golf tournament that has raised more than $15 million for charities to date, Panattoni has helped TRADESTRONG expand funding and training for the next generation of builders. Supporting TRADESTRONG reflects both our roots in commercial real estate development and our commitment to strengthening the communities we’re in.
This is just one example of where we can and must have an impact.
Supporting education and training programs that prepare students for high-demand careers in the trades.
Partnering with municipalities, nonprofits, and business leaders to ensure our projects contribute to community needs.
Engaging openly with stakeholders and demonstrating that responsible development can create opportunity for everyone.
Community partnership is a core part of who we are. Every project we deliver is backed by the same principle: we succeed when our communities succeed.
Scholarship opportunities for the trades that are similar to the academic route.
Improved counseling that informs them of their opinions, which includes the trades.
Rebranding and encouragement of the trades as a viable and profitable option.
