He led the development of more than 1.2GW of global capacity and owned the incentive creation efforts of multiple hyperscale locations and transitioning to 100% renewable energy during his time as Executive Vice President of Strategy at Switch. Additionally, his work in developing utility-scale sustainable generation resources has earned recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Greenpeace, among others.
Since joining Panattoni in 1996, Brent Collins has worked on over $7 billion and 60 million square feet of completed industrial construction throughout the United States and Canada. Many of his projects were developed with repeat customers, including one who has worked with him 55 times in total. He’s known for his keen ability to negotiate and deliver high-profile projects. Brent is the co-founder of the TRADESTRONG Foundation, which supports students pursuing trades careers and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs.
Charged with managing data center development and investment strategy across our North American footprint, Chris Minghenelli joins Panattoni Data Centers as Senior Vice President, with a background covering finance and large-scale development. He helped expand Amazon’s last-mile delivery network in the Northeast and led the deployment of 3GW of AI data center capacity during his tenure. Previously, Chris worked in private finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co., managing a $30 billion real estate portfolio.
As Senior Vice President of Data Center Development, Brock Tomlinson oversees the firm’s pipeline growth across the data center market, including sourcing and development throughout North America. Prior to joining Panattoni, Brock worked with Prologis as Vice President on the data center team, leading the company’s first build-to-suit with a hyperscale customer in northern Virginia. In total, he’s launched nearly 2GW of data center capacity and been involved in negotiating transactions exceeding $10 billion in value.
Josh Capps, Director of Data Center Delivery, brings over a decade of construction and pre-construction leadership experience to Panattoni Data Centers. Over the course of his career with companies like Clark Construction and Amazon, he has been involved in over $1.5 billion in completed development projects. He is an active member of organizations like the Design-Build Institute of America and the Construction Management Association of America, and volunteers with the San Diego Rescue Mission and Habitat for Humanity.
Kyle Conrad, Senior Development Manager and Director of Data Center Delivery, has managed over $5 billion in development projects over the course of his career. In his role with Panattoni Data Centers, the full project lifecycle from concept to completion receives his focus and expertise. His experience spans major commercial and infrastructure projects with Clark Construction and includes more than 30 million square feet of development during his time at Amazon. Kyle is an active CCIM member and supports conservation efforts through One Montana.
Srinivasa Nookala is a Senior Development Manager at Panattoni, overseeing projects for Panattoni North America and Panattoni Data Centers. He has more than 15 years of experience delivering large-scale industrial and data center projects, including Amazon fulfillment centers and SK Innovation’s battery facility in Georgia. A licensed Professional Engineer (Oregon) and former NAIOP Idaho chapter president, Srinivasa is known for his strategic leadership and ability to guide complex projects from concept to completion.
David Boyack has been with Panattoni since 1998, starting as an intern in our construction department and climbing the ranks to Vice President before transitioning to our data centers division in 2024. Today, he oversees major projects for clients across our North American footprint. Over the course of his 25-year tenure with Panattoni, David has managed millions of square feet of development for AWS, Google, Nationwide Insurance and FedEx. David is a LEED AP and an International Code Council General Building Contractor Class A.
As Development Manager with Panattoni Data Centers, Reid Robinson shoulders much of the financial and operational heavy lifting that gets new development projects off the ground — structuring financing, leveraging investments, managing acquisitions, and coordinating due diligence. Reid joined our firm following three years in CBRE’s Capital Markets division, where he closed north of $1.4 billion in commercial mortgages spanning all asset classes. In his personal time, Reid gives back to his community through non-profit service in Orange County, California.

As Partner and Head of Data Centers, North America at Panattoni, Adam brings a builder’s mindset to one of the industry’s most demanding sectors. He’s developed over 1.2 gigawatts of data center capacity worldwide, managing projects from conception through delivery.
Prior to Panattoni, Adam held the position of Executive Vice President of Strategy at Switch, leading incentive development for hyperscale campuses. He broke new ground by driving Switch’s shift to 100% renewable energy, working alongside utilities in Nevada, Georgia and Michigan to help establish some of America’s first green energy tariffs.
He also collaborated with independent power producers to bring more than 400 megawatts of utility-scale renewable generation online. His sustainability leadership work has been recognized by Greenpeace, the White House and the EPA, among others.
Adam’s commitment to service extends to community leadership. He chairs the board of Renown Health, a not-for-profit healthcare system with $2 billion in annual revenue, and serves as a Trustee and former Chairman of the Reno Tahoe Airport Authority.

A Placer County, California native, Brent manages the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and due diligence through design, financing, construction and final disposition. He’s delivered over $7 billion in commercial and industrial projects spanning more than 60 million square feet.
What sets Brent apart is his client-focused approach. He’s built enduring partnerships with clients, including one with whom he has completed 55 separate
projects. He excels at handling complex infrastructure negotiations and steering high-stakes developments through challenging circumstances.
Brent is the co-founder of the TRADESTRONG Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting trade school students and Career Technical Education programs. Through this work, he’s helping to strengthen the skilled trades for future generations.
As Senior Vice President of Panattoni Data Centers, Christopher Minghenelli oversees development management and guides investment strategy for data center projects throughout North America.
Before joining Panattoni, Chris was involved with major infrastructure projects during his tenure at Amazon. He initially directed the expansion of last mile delivery networks across the Northeast, then moved into data center development on a national level. Leading the Americas Data Center Infrastructure team, he deployed 3 gigawatts of AI infrastructure, working across both established and new markets.
Chris began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he spent seven years progressing from Private Banker to Vice President managing a $30 billion real estate portfolio, developing the financial perspective that informs his approach to infrastructure development investments.
Throughout his career, Chris has shown a consistent ability to execute large-scale infrastructure initiatives while maintaining focus on both operational delivery and investment fundamentals.
Brock Tomlinson leads data center pipeline growth as Senior Vice President of Data Center Development at Panattoni, managing sourcing, deal structuring and development execution across North America.
After working as an Equity Derivatives Trader at J.P. Morgan, Brock shifted to commercial real estate and found his niche at Prologis. There, he spearheaded the company’s inaugural hyperscale build-to-suit in Northern Virginia and rose to Vice President, where he expanded their data center platform into a five-gigawatt operation.
Brock has developed over 1.8 gigawatts of data center capacity across the continent,
handling projects from fully turnkey developments to powered shell configurations. His experience includes negotiating joint venture agreements and leases for transactions valued above $10 billion.
He stays active in industry organizations including NAIOP, ULI, DC Real Estate Group and Data Center Coalition, previously serving on boards for DC Real Estate Group and Washington DC ULI. Brock also played professional soccer for the Chicago Fire.
As Director of Data Center Development at Panattoni, Josh Capps handles everything from planning department negotiations to supply chain coordination for owner-furnished equipment and installations, working across both the Data Centers team and North American Development Group.
Josh spent a decade with Clark Construction, one of the nation’s largest general contractors, advancing from field operations in Southern California to pre-construction leadership in Tennessee. His next move took him to Amazon as Senior Pre-Construction Manager. His career portfolio includes more than $1.5 billion in completed design-build and CM at-risk projects.
Josh is actively engaged with industry organizations including AGC, CMAA and DBIA. He’s equally committed to community impact, contributing time to the San Diego Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity and Surfrider Foundation.
As Director of Data Center Development at Panattoni, Kyle Conrad has developed a reputation for moving complicated projects forward. He works across the full spectrum of the North American Development Group handling, from securing approvals to managing design and construction teams and ensuring completed facilities satisfy client expectations.
Kyle began his career at Clark Construction, spending seven years on large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments across government, healthcare, education and transportation sectors. The experience provided exposure to varied technical requirements and regulatory environments that inform his approach to data center development.
Prior to Panattoni, Kyle worked as a Senior Construction Manager at Amazon, managing development programs totaling over $5 billion and delivering more than 30 million square feet of completed projects. The role required managing geographically dispersed projects while coordinating with external development teams and internal business groups.
Kyle holds CCIM membership and volunteers with One Montana.
As Director of Data Center Development with Panattoni Data Centers and Senior Development Manager with the North American Development Group, Srinivasa Nookala manages the full project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery with technical precision and field-tested practicality.
Before joining Panattoni, Srinivasa spent time at LDK Ventures as VP of Development, where he helped expand the company’s presence throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, his career includes senior roles at Clayco and Graycor, leading large-scale developments that include Amazon fulfillment centers and SK Innovation’s lithium-ion battery plant in Georgia.
Srinivasa is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon and a past president of NAIOP Idaho, where he played a key role in growing the organization’s influence across the state. With 15 years in the industry, Srinivasa is known for levelheaded leadership and a keen ability to cut through complexity without losing focus on long-term goals.
David Boyack leads development efforts as Senior Development Manager with Panattoni’s National Development Group and Director of Data Center Development, serving national clients across industrial and data center markets in North America.
Starting as a construction intern in 1998, David built his career at Panattoni over 25 years on the construction side, rising to Vice President before moving into development in 2020. His background as a design-build General Contractor managing millions of square feet across varied municipalities, gives him practical insight into project delivery from concept through completion.
Throughout his career, David has worked with leading clients in technology, logistics, retail, insurance and government. His construction experience gives him the ability to address technical complexity in development projects, anticipate potential obstacles and deliver effective solutions. David holds LEED AP and International Code Council General Building Contractor Class A certifications.
Reid Robinson brings a capital markets lens to his role as Development Manager with Panattoni Data Centers, where he’s involved with arranging financing, structuring transactions, coordinating acquisitions and preparing investment materials that help close complex deals across data center and industrial sectors.
Reid came to real estate through finance rather than construction. After working as a Financial Analyst with a Fortune 1000 company, he joined CBRE’s Capital Markets division in Debt & Structured Finance. Between 2018 and 2021, he closed over $1.4 billion in loans, working with institutional lenders, government agencies, banks and debt funds across various asset classes.
Joining Panattoni in 2021, Reid applies his expertise to the mechanics that keep projects funded and moving forward, especially in deals where standard approaches don’t fit and a creative lens is required to solve complex transactional challenges.
